Pilot error blamed for helicopter crash last fall

The pilota s failure to properly execute an emergency maneuver during a forced landing likely caused the November crash of an Arkansas Game and Fish Commission helicopter that killed a wildlife officer near Quitman , the National Transportation Safety Board ruled Thursday.
