Circuit Judge Brad Mendheim ruled Tuesday that a Headland High School student who had not passed the Alabama High School Graduation Exam should be allowed to walk in the school's graduation ceremony.

Investigators with the Headland Police Department with the assistance from the Henry County Sheriff's Office / Abbeville Police Task Force arrested four Wiregrass residents on Monday for the murder of 45 year old Darren Minniefield.

Minniefield was admitted into ICU that day in an unconscious state where he later succumbed to his injuries on Thursday, May 17th.
