A one vehicle accident has claimed the life of a 43-year old West Plains man. Highway Patrol reports indicate that Stephen Lee was westbound on Missouri County Road 84 a ' 1 mile west of Hayti Heights when he apparently failed to negotiate a curve and ran off the right side of the roada striking an embankment.
