Hey Big Al, this is the internets. Just because the "caller" (refer to people that post messages in the comments section of an article as a "poster") is listed as being in "cottonwood", doesn't actually mean they live there. That's the magic of the internet at work. I could spoof my location somewhere on the other side of the world using my internet magic, and people like yourself wouldn't be the wiser.

I don't even know what my location will look like right now even though I'm posting from hawthorne. I hope you learned something today.

Amazing how people who don't live in Hawthorne, CA root for change in everybody else's cities. What do they know. Take Juarez; he's been on the council for two years and we have yet to see him suggest any changes east of the 405 Freeway. He lives in Holly Glen and that's where his interest lies. The Vargas brothers are running for council and school board. Alex is president of the No. Haw. Community Assn. and his brother, John, is treasurer of the same association. Conflict of interest??? Where are all the complainers who have never attended a council meeting, probably don't or can't vote in Hawthorne's local elections. Come Nov. 4 it'll all be over and may the victors remember the people of Hawthorne. No one established any promises, they just want to get in.

Big AL, why don't you participate in one of the N.H.C.A. meetings so you can express your concerns, instead of acting like a "complainer"

To NCHA Member:

So, where were you at the October meeting when I presented some facts on housekeeping your neighborhood and shared my report?

To BigAl durrrrrrr:
Keep performing your magic and some day you'll get wiped. I know very little about the illegal tactics people play through the internet to maintain their privacy.

I think Big Al is in love with Mayor Guido. What a shame how they treat other people in Hawthorne. Did they rebuke Catano when he threatened a good citizen at a council meeting with "I have a right to punch your lights out." What a bunch of bullies. This is all smoke and mirrors anyway. Hawthorne is a mess and putting lipstick on a pig doesn't change things.

Illegal tactics!?!?!? Illegal to whom? Saying something is illegal doesn't make it so. What law does it break to not post your own stupid name on the internet for all to see?
That's why identity theft is so prolific. Idiots that put their full name in their e-mail address.
If this is illegal, you should invoke the patriot act and catch me and all the other illegal internet criminals. Ignorance is scary.

I think his position at the Hawthorne SD should be questioned if we are paying a man to hold a position without doing the job. He has so much money coming into his own pockets in different formats. He gets developers kick-back, owns the units on the North West corner of El Segundo Blvd & Crenshaw and other things. How can a School Employee make so much income to have all these investments and lifestyle?? His personal finances should be looked at but, why would anyone do this??? Reason is they will notice all the illegal kickbacks he gets from developers and other sources. He is a crook and needs to leave our city completely. THis so call Human is a disgrace and so are all who he has as his personal puppets!!!!

Well, well; Guidi is Mayor for another 2 years. Yes, the race was close, but he's in. There was a lot of strong language out there in the advertisements mostly on the Juarez and Vargas ads. One thing for sure on election day the whole Vargas clan traveled from precinct to precinct checking on electioneering. They stopped at Ramona School and blocked the entrance gate making it difficult for voters to enter. Candidates are supposed to stay 500 feet away from any precinct unless actually voting. The cops showed but didn't do anything because they supported them. Is this what we can expect in the future for Hawthorne?
Attend or watch next Tuesday's council meeting for a surprise.
