Temple Grain Elevators on Friday pleaded guilty to violating Occupational Health and Safety Administration rules in the death of a 17-year-old employee.

Federal charges filed against Tempel Grain
The death of a teen at an elevator in May, 2009, has led the U.S. Attorney's Office to charge Tempel Grain Elevators with aiding and abetting and violating federal work safety regulations.
