RBS Gas bid motion to be heard September 15
Receivership Management, of Brentwood, TN, filed a motion in Chancery Court, on August 31, to accept the $250,000 bid for the RBS Gas Company submitted by Community Initiatives, a nonprofit organization in Cookeville, according to Rob Moore the Chief Operating Officer for Receivership Management.

Macon man arrested in Trousdale for possession of meth
Brian Keith Carr, age 36, of Storytown Road, was arrested in Trousdale County on January 14 for possession of meth for resale and drug paraphernalia.
