A prisoner who escaped from from a Sumner County transport van was recaptured Tuesday morning.

Sumner County sheriff's officers arrested Danny and Jeremy Sellers of Hartsville and charged each one with a count of theft.

An inmate who escaped custody Monday while he was being transferred from the Sumner County jail is back behind bars.

Officers said 21-year-old Robert Tice was being transferred from the Sumner County jail to the Macon County Jail when he escaped.
