Nice restraint - well done Hartford P.D. If they would have dropped him (which I wish we could do more often), we'd have a public outcry and some BS activists claiming it was a racially-biased white officer who killed the POS. We just need judges with some stones to impose FULL sentences.

Another fine Hartford resident acting like a great citizen. The best part is if the police had killed him other Monday morning quarterbacks would be screaming police brutality. Enjoy prison Frankie "Vincent" Vega! You'll be there for awhile. Another career loser off the streets.

Good job Hartford police. Somehwere else the shooter might not of been given the chance to drop the gun, especially after he had allready shot at the police.

Unfortunately cops these days see what their brothers go through in regards to shootings even when justified and probably risk their lives at a much greater pace due to them thinking of the reprocussions. It shouldn't be that way. That being said, HPD took like 600 guns off of thugs last year, its amazing none of them got shot in the process. (Police or criminals)

In the meantime, Hartford cops were paying the whole city back on Sunday by giving out parking tickets all over town because they were pissed off that somebody shot at them the night before! What a joke they are.

They should put Magua in a tent in the North End of Dumpford. He would square away the entire neighborhood in a week, Magua style.

Ya think this may have an effect. These guys and girls are going to get killed policing a city that dosen't care about them. I give them credit for doing a job that no one elas can do. HPD be carefull take car of your familys first, this is just a job.

What a whiner! I am expected to park where it is legal and when it is legal, and so should everybody else. The law is real simple, park where you should you don't get a ticket, park where you shouldn't you get a ticket. The more tickets given to those who don't obey the law the more revenue the City gains and the less I pay in taxes!

Considering that there is a new meter maid team doing all ticketing and not the cops, I think we know where the joke lies.
