Man Struck By Train Identified
The Newton County Sheriff's Office has released the name of a man that was struck and killed by a train.

Sunday 25th 2011; shortly after 10:30 Kansas City southern railroad called NCSO dispatch and reported a portion of human remains on the Hartburg track just East of TX 87 overpass.

The Newton County Sheriff's Office has confirmed to 12NewsNow.Com a body was found on railroad tracks along Highway 87 in the Hartburg area Newton County Sheriff Joe Walker says the person who was killed is a male and his identity is not yet released.
