A court hearing for Diane Marie Hart of Ravenna, charged with solicitation to murder her husband after allegedly hiring a fake hit man , has been rescheduled to 1:30 p.m. Dec. 18. That's the new date set for Hart's preliminary examination in Muskegon County 60th District Court, according to court records.
