BIRNAMWOOD -- Madison-based musician Mark Harrod will release his first solo album this month, and to celebrate he's coming home.

Shirley A. Cira, 74, died at 3:50 a.m. Nov. 17, 2009, in Findlay. She was born July 21, 1935, in Harrod to Charles and Margaret Shadley Conkle, who preceded her in death.
