Power restored to southeast Great Falls, Hi-Line; Harlem still without
A 40-minute interruption in power was reported in the southeast section of Great Falls on Tuesday afternoon, but power was restored by about 3 p.m. Rapkoch said workers also were trying to restore power along the Hi-Line after an outage was caused by a snowstorm Sunday and Monday.
