You people are a bunch of idiots. I don't know either the mother or father, but, it seems like the mother is probably just as much to blame if not totally to blame. From what I've been reading the dad had just been around the child for a short period of time. The news said that the broken ribs had already started to heal...duh...she probably got the guy up there to try and pin it on him. You guys act like the mother is some type of victim. Calm down until the real story comes out.

Whomever done this horrible thing should burn in hell. If these trash walking around don't want their children, then by gosh give them to someone that will be good to them. As much as I would never want another child of my own, I would take in any child to prevent it from being abused.

My thoughts exactly. Why are people so fast to jump to conclusions. I have to say, I'm really disappointed by KSP for not charging the mother as well. From what I also gather, the grandmother kept this child alot, the father was seldom around it. You go figure!

i do not know these people but i have heard thet the guy was violent and told the girl to leave or he would hurt the baby and she didnt leave. im not saying this is true im only saying what i heard i am not passing judgement that is for the good LOrd to do. i am just sorry for the baby and God protects his little ones so whomever did this God will deal with them God bless this child.the only victim here is this baby.

The baby IS home, & it got to come home with its mother. I think that is one of the dumbest things social servies could have done. How could a mother NOT tell that the baby had broken ribs?!?! She told the doctors that he cried all the time & she didn't know why. If the dumb bi*ch had ANY sense at all, she would have taken it to the ER when it was acting like that. The babies ribs was broken for a few weeks cause they was startin to heal on their own. Ashley is just as guilty & what goes around comes around bi*ch. Someone will get your a*s, just like they're gonna get Carls. He wont be in protective cusitudy FOREVER.

What bible to you read? God will not "send demons onto him". I don't recall anywhere in the bible that it says that. God does not "send" demons onto anyone. The bible does say you will reap what you sow. He will have to pay for what he did and God will judge him one day for it if he does not repent.

I'm not sure what to address first. There are soooo many issues in this case. First, and most important a precious GIFT from God that has been hurt needs to be with someone that won't hurt him.Children don't ask to be born, we parents do.And they sure don't ask to be brought into this crazy world and be beat,kicked,shook,stomped,thro wn.I have to fight the tears picturing a little angel being done that way.Everyone seems to always just say she or he done this or that, he or she is this or that, we should do this or that to him or her.....when really this case just like all the others you hear(everytime you watch the news) all leads to one major very important conclusion...people need HELP!!!!All these crazy off the wall things that are going on all are because, and this is me speculating, that people are on drugs that are making them do mean angry devilish things. I believe with all my heart and soul anytime I hear of people doing things like this they have to be on something very bad and mind altering. I really believe if these individuals were not on dope I guarantee they would not do these things. Which makes me feel when people do mean things like this it should not be name calling or threats to beat them too, it should be someone somewhere,I don't know what I could do,should help these people get clean and see that they can be happy normal people without the dope.God is so brave so strong and so mighty,there's nothing God cannot do.I hope someone can find out if this could be why it happened, just think about it if it is, this guy could change his life and end up being the best daddy ever!!!!I have heard stories of how people act on certain drugs,and rage aggression and wanting to beat the crap out of someone is the #1 side effect.God bless and I pray some angel somewhere will feel lead by the Lord to help.
