The Hardin Mayor and the Hardin City Council decided to build a prison, but did not know how they would fill the prison, how they would administer it, or how they would pay for it…NOW, since this group has proven their wisdom in administration and government, this same group of people, the Hardin Mayor and the Hardin City Council, have decided to form their own police force, once again, without any idea how they will pay for it, or how they will administer it! A real world ship-of-fools!

Is there any chance that the boundary for Montana was mapped out wrong and that the Hardin imbescils (Council) are from another state???

You guys could turn it into giant a flea market or a mall with lots of stores . Why does it have to be a prison ? Sounds like you need to elect some new officials who will do background and security checks on people and do some checks on the ones you vote in .
