Ten people filed a lawsuit Wednesday claiming they were sexually abused as children by Roman Catholic priests and nuns in central and eastern Montana, including a priest who was on a board that reviews allegations of child sex abuse for the church.

The Montana Highway Patrol says four people are dead and another is hospitalized after a head-on crash on an Interstate 90 frontage road on the Crow Indian Reservation.

Authorities said three people are dead and another is injured after the car they were in crashed into a creek between Rosebud and Miles City.
