The 10th Anniversary Miss Harbeson Pageant was held recently at the Henlopen Ruritan Club, with the pageant and founders Executive Director Pam Prettyman and Nicole Prettyman, along with the Ruritan Club, honored with proclamations from the Delaware House of Representatives for their vision in helping with educational needs in the community.
