Kentucky Attorney General Jack Conway and his Office of Medicaid Fraud and Abuse Control today announced the indictment of a psychiatrist who practices in Hanson, Ky.

On Monday, December 5, 2011, at approximately 4:40 p.m, the Kentucky State Police Post 2 Madisonville received a call in reference to a man that was threatening suicide.

Officials say Hopkins County Sheriff's Office deputies and a Kentucky State Police trooper were called out to a home in Hanson around 4:45 p.m. Monday.

Authorities say deputies and troopers responded to a dispatch about a man threatening suicide at 85 sSection House Lane in Hanson around 4:45. Officials say after negotiating with the suspect for 15 to 30 minutes, the man came out of the home firing a shotgun.
