Like this is something new there.. We get more spills in this area then you can count. I seen for myself the wastewater shooting up at least 5 feet in the air coming from the man hold cover there.
There are always complaining about the lines not being able to hold well they should STOP all the building they keep doing in the area. Soon there will be no woods left just asphalt and concrete.
