they should put their pictures up at the Mall so everyone could be looking for them there..
Make a wall of SHAME and send it around to all the malls in the area. Watch if close because the police won't do anything to them except band them from the mall and they will be back, but if their pictures were there for all to see then the would think twice before coming back. Nothing done to them they think they get off free.
