3 Langley airmen arrested in surplus store burglary
Three servicemen stationed at Langley Air Force Base in Hampton have been charged with burglaries in a Newport News military surplus store, after being caught by the owner. via Hampton Roads Daily Press

Thank you for the support. I don't why they keep attacking me either. I am on my meds today so I am actually pretty clam. Sounds like this business owner used a great deal of restraint and common sense. Thankfully no one was hurt. Does anyone know the law (without guessing) on holding a suspect at gunpoint? If that unarmed suspect refused to get on the floor and ran off like the others - I suppose the owner wouldn't have been able to do much? It seems I recall a case a few years back when a homeowner was charged in NN when he held a suspect caught in the act breaking into his BMW at gunpoint. |

And a police supervisor downtown gave me some of that paperwork once. In the fine print it says "you completly understand you can be KILLED". I figured they were plotting to get rid of old HG so I stayed home instead. |

LOL, did you have to sign paperwork like that when you moved to Newport News? You could be killed at any time anyway, better to ride along with the boys in blue who can take car of business if things get dicey. |
