A couple from Hampton, Ark., won the latest Louisiana Lotto jackpot to the tune of $450,000. Betty and Wayne Breazeale say they bought the winning ticket at a Junction City convenience store, which will get a bonus of $4,500 - 1% of the prize - for selling it.
