Three firefighters investigated for two separate incidents

Two white career firefighters with Loudoun County Fire-Rescue Services are under investigation after they were accused of placing a noose in the vehicle of a black co-worker. Fire-Rescue spokeswoman Mary Maguire confirmed the investigation, which she called ongoing.
