Brownies in Hamilton City a " InnerView: Michele Urrutia steps up to lead young scouts

As a Girl Scout Leader in Paradise, I commend you for stepping up for these girls. I think it is imperative for all people to volunteer in something. I have found Girl Scouting to be an uplifting and exciting adventure. My girls started as Daisy Girl Scouts and will soon be Juniors. It is wonderful and I hope that this turns out to be something more for other possible troops. All you ladies, even if you do not have young children of your own, think about becoming a Leader! We need them!!! It is a lot of work, but it is so much fun and the girls will grow stronger because of you! Guys, there are the Boy Scouts waiting for you! I have dads help with my troop as well, just find something that you enjoy and volunteer!!!

Why don't they teach Girl Scouts how to tie knots and build fires?
What else do they do besides sell cookies?
