Warren new mayor of Hallowell

Charlotte Warren is the new mayor of Hallowell. On Election Day, Nov. 3, Warren bested Dorothy Mithee by more than 300 votes, 822-519. In the race for councilor at large, Edmund Cervone defeated Christy Cross, 760-538. In Ward 2, Mark Walker ran unopposed and was victorious, as was Gail Wippelhauser in Ward 4.
