HOLLY BEACH - Before two hurricanes hit in three years, a collection of modest beach houses and trailers along the Gulf known as the "Cajun Riviera" drew thousands for summer weekends of crabbing, beer drinking and kids playing in the surf.

Holly Beach seeks identity? Well what they want Holly Beach to look like now is certainly not the identity it had. This was for the everyday working hard family. This is now for the rich only. What did the government expect? I do hope and pray that Obama's Gulf Coast tour will include Cameron Parish. If he doesn't he will certainly be getting a letter from me.

Furthermore, while everyone is concentrating on good ole Holly Beach, what about Rutherford Beach? Why isn't anyone making an effort to restore and rebuild that area?
