Guilford man faces sex charge

Michael B. VanDerWeert, 23, of Drachler Road, Guilford, has been charged with third-degree criminal sexual act, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor, after he had sex with a 16-year old girl, according to the Chenango County Sheriff's Office.
