Vermont, N.H. gravel operation fined for violations

Federal prosecutors have reached an agreement with a New Hampshire gravel company under which the company would pay a $200,000 fine, mend its ways and ramp up training for its workers following a series of violations of the federal Clean Water Act at facilities in Vermont and New Hampshire.
