Children found safe after abduction from Baldwin Park home

Baldwin Park police say the children's mother took the children, an 8-year-old girl and a 9-year-old boy, from their grandmother's home in the 3600 block of Baldwin Park Boulevard without permission about 7:30 a.m. The grandmother has full custody of the children.
