Groton driver in fatal May crash pleads to vehicular manslaughter

A Groton man has taken responsibility for his best friend's death. In an emotional hearing in Tompkins County Court, Timothy D. Neal admitted that he was driving drunk when he had an accident that killed Matthew McKane, 27, of Locke.
