Governor denies commutation of abused woman's prison sentence

Iowa Gov. Terry Branstad denied four applications for commutation today, including a request by Tracey Dyess, the Griswold woman who was given a 45-year sentence for setting a fatal fire after years of sexual abuse at the hands of her stepfather.
