DeCaluwe, 24, of 8271 Edward St., Pittsville; drunken driving; five days in jail with work release, 12-month driver's license revocation, $894 fine, attend victim impact panel and alcohol assessment. * Jamie L. Vetrone, 24, of 305 N. Central Ave., Apt. A, Marshfield; identity theft and disorderly conduct; two years probation, $546 fine, and undergo any counseling deemed necessary. Charges of taking and driving a vehicle without consent, theft and felony bail jumping were dismissed. A 30-day jail sentence was stayed. * Luke K. Solinsky, 21, of 240 S. Central Ave., Apt. B, Marshfield; not guilty plea; child abuse-recklessly causing harm; faces a maximum of 3 1/2 years in prison. His next appearance is scheduled for Oct. 24. According to the criminal complaint, in June, Solinsky struck a 2-year-old boy on the buttocks with his hand hard enough to cause bruising. * Daniel J. Konieczny, 44, of 9838 Westby Rd., Marshfield; default judgments; non-registration of auto and displaying unauthorized vehicle registration plates; fines totaling $384.60. * Jesus A. Ramirez, 23, of 1411 S. Locust Ave., no. 105, Marshfield; guilty plea; third offense; operating without a license; fines and costs totaling $350. Divorce * James A. Frankwick and Sara J. Frankwick, both of Marshfield, Sept. 16; woman granted name of Mayer. * Christopher L. Lafernier, 31, of 709 S. Cedar Ave., Marshfield; initial appearance Sept. 11 on two misdemeanor charges of telephone harassment; $1,000 signature bond and pretrial conference set for Oct. 2. Police investigated two phone calls Lafernier was accused of making April 5 to a woman in Marshfield, according to court records. * Joseph O. Hitz, 36, of 4908 Town Hall Road, Athens; initial appearance Sept. 11 on a misdemeanor charge of battery; $1,000 signature bond. Police investigated a report that Hitz was involved in a fight June 21 with another man in the town of Johnson, according to court records.
Marshfield Police Department requested charges of forgery against a 39-year-old Wisconsin Rapids man for forging signatures on stolen checks throughout Marshfield, Stevens Point, Wisconsin Rapids and Nekoosa.

25 YEARS AGO: Mr. and Mrs. Ben (Edith) Reil of Oshkosh, formerly of the Abbotsford and Colby areas, will celebrate their golden wedding anniversary Sept. 11 with an open house for family and friends at their home. They were married Sept. 12, 1933, in Colby. Receiving $300 scholarships recently were Susan Richmond, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jerald Richmond, Greenwood, and Amy Horn, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Darrell Horn, Greenwood. Richmond received the Extension Homemakers Scholarship, and Horn received the 4-H and Extension Homemakers Scholarship. 50 YEARS AGO: Work began last week on construction of the new Badger State Telephone company building in Neillsville, which will house the dial installation equipment and the business offices of the firm. 75 YEARS AGO: In cooperation with the National Recovery Administration, Marshfield residents will be busy in the city working toward two major goals. One is to have every consumer cooperate with firms displaying the blue eagle, and the other is to place every firm in the city under the blue eagle recovery banner.
