He skated on out of the courtroom with a slap on the wrist. They would have put me or any other common folk under the jail.

Another corrupt SC judge exposed. Ludwig has money. He hired a very expensive lawyer that only the very wealthy can afford. Plus his lawyer had strong ties and connections with the judicial system in the General Sessions circuit that covers the upper part of South Carolina.

My gut instint is telling me this judge was bought and paid for. An indepentend investigation needs to be done. Nevermind SLED (State Law Enforcement Division).. they are in the clique.

Ludwig was likely drunk coming from that wedding reception. People at that reception had to notice. Whether they will be truthful about it is another thing if asked.

Based upon everything I read, I would have sentenced him to some prison time. Any resonable judge would based on similar cases such as State vs. Ludwig.

In the final analysis, this judge is another who is not worthy to sit in honor. Hence, he has brought dishonor to the bench - and again - was likely given an enveloped stuffed with cash.
