Rape fugitive arrested in Greenville

On Friday at approximately 1:30 p.m., the U.S. Marshal's Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team and the Greenville Police Department arrested 21-year-old Dustin T. McCombs of Alabama on an arrest warrant for strong-arm rape from Shelby County Sheriff's Office in Columbiana, Alabama.
