A teenager is recovering after being stabbed in the face in Greenville. Around 4:20 p.m. Greenville Department of Public Safety responded to a call of a fight at the Wesco Gas Station at 128 W. Washington Street.

Officers were dispatched to the Wesco Gas Station at 128 W. Washington St. around 4:20 p.m., where they found the stabbing victim, authorities said.
