Greencastle learns a new trick to treating

It was a mixed bag of feelings Saturday night as hundreds of goblins, ghouls, princesses and pirates hit the streets of Greencastle for trick-or-treating. For the first time in years, the Borough of Greencastle changed its official trick-or-treat night from the Thursday before Halloween to the official government holiday.
