AN 18-YR-OLD MAN FROM GREEN ISLAND, WHO ESCAPED FROM POLICE CUSTODY PRIOR TO AN APPEARANCE IN WATERVLIET CITY COURT THIS MORNING, HAS BEEN RE-CAPTURED. POLICE SAY JASON GIBSON WAS LOCATED INSIDE A DRAINAGE PIPE ALONG THE SHORE OF THE HUDSON RIVER IN HIS UNDERWEAR, ABOUT THREE HOURS AFTER HE WENT OUT THE FRONT DOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE.
