One again Prowers County is again combining voting precincts for the primary and general elections for 2012 as per C.R.S. 1-5-102 . The polling place for precincts 1, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 will be at the LCC Wellness Center located at 2401 S. Main St.

A Funeral Mass for longtime Granada resident, Augustine M. Rivera, will be held at 10 a.m. Mon.

GRANADA, Colo. - A barrack building that once stood at an internment camp for Japanese-Americans in southeastern Colorado is being returned to the site.
