Shelby and Venetia Pelafigue of Leonville are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Desirea' Riana Pelafigue to Toby Anthony Vicknair, son of Sharon Blank Stelly of Baton Rouge and Ken Vicknair of Gramercy.
