Several neighbors in Rockbridge County cleaned up and dried out today after what many said was the worst flash flood they've seen since the mid-90s. "They evacuated us out of here," said Marsha Fitzgerald of when volunteer firefighters showed up at her door late Monday night, as flood waters rushed up against her home.

Jesse Knight Sr., 35, of Goshen, was charged with reckless driving, dumping trash on a highway, resisting arrest, driving on a suspended license and eluding, records show.
