Cheaper for the County to not go after the death penalty.

Obviously you don't understand scarcasm!!!!! My point was that there will you on here who will whine and cry that it's not a death penalty case. It probably should be but the county just can't afford it. People like you will not be satisfied. My point and I guess I have to explain for parolee's like you is that he isn't going to go anywhere......Yes it would be cheaper to fry him than leave in prison forever but then the state will pay vice county. Perhaps his fellow inmates will take care of problem. I accept your parole status with honor!!!!!

This has to be crushing information to the families. I didn't know the victims or the accused but I feel terrible that they didn't go after the death penalty. I wonder if the prosecutor discussed this with the family before making the decision. Terrible just terrible. This tells the would be multiple murderers to come on over to Franklin County to do your evil deed.

If they went after the death penalty it would be years before he would be put to death not to mention the cost of his rights to repel the case time after time. That would cost we tax payers millions of dollars. Let the SOB rot in prison it's cheaper.

This is a ridiculous comment. First, from a practical standpoint, the county cannot afford a death penalty case. Second, I doubt that death would be a worse punishment than being locked up for the rest of his miserable days. Third, I am as big an advocate for punishment of crime as anyone, but I don't know that the death of a killer can offer the family much actual comfort.

I'm not so sure he wont be a hero in prison....While it was tragic what he did, it's not like he went on a shooting binge in a shopping center. He shot people in the drug business during a drug transaction. Knowing prison thinking, he might fit right in.....

The families agreed not to go after the death penalty according to WLW.

Well that is what the County may want you to believe, but mark my word, the families had nothing to do with the decision of not going after the death penalty. The County determined that because of cost!

QUOTE THE RIOT
This is a letter of love and peace; I will not lash out against anyone, and I will not use specific names of individuals or organizations that make a cause célèbre out of Lets Go Riot's campaign to silence any criticism of the brainwashing and double standards that he has increasingly been practicing. That said, let me merely point out that he is the éminence grise behind every plot to convert lush forests into arid deserts. The first thing I want to bring up is that he makes it sound like it's okay to use terms of opprobrium such as "indelicate suborners of perjury" and "snooty vocabularians" to castigate whomever he opposes. That's the rankest sort of pretense I've ever heard. The reality is that Lets Go Riot really ought to to take something for his hysterical paranoia. I've heard that chlorpromazine works well. Decidedly, some sort of medication should awaken Lets Go Riot to the fact that he's exceedingly addlepated, querulous, vengeful, blasphemous, biased, vilipensive, querimonious, morally questionable, malefic, and tendentious. Sorry for the synathroesmus, but it is mathematically provable that Lets Go Riot's tracts are palpably parasitic. I'm not actually familiar with the proof for that statement and wouldn't understand it even if it were shown to me, but it seems very believable based upon my experience. What's also quite believable is that Lets Go Riot either is or elects to be ignorant of scientific principles and methods. He even intentionally misuses scientific terminology to leave a large part of this country's workforce dislocated and disillusioned.

To those readers who believe that a totalitarian dictatorship is the best form of government we could possibly have, you have not been paying attention. Many people are looking for a modern-day Moses who will split the sea of teetotalism and wage war on paternalism. I can't claim that I'm the right person for the job, but I can say that Lets Go Riot has repeatedly indicated a desire to redefine unbridled self-indulgence as a virtue, as the ultimate test of personal freedom. Is that the sound of rarefied respectability that Lets Go Riot's cat's-paws so frequently attribute to Lets Go Riot? The uppity blathering of a self-indulgent wonk is more like it. In fact, our top priority in the upcoming weeks must be to ensure that the values for which we have labored and for which many of us have fought and sacrificed will continue in ascendancy. Look, of course that's going to be tough. Anybody who tells you it's going to be easy or that one can wave a magic wand and make it happen hasn't been paying attention to how Lets Go Riot operates. Nevertheless, some of us have an opportunity to come in contact with the most oppressive bloodsuckers you'll ever see on a regular basis at work or in school. We, therefore, may be able to gain some insight into the way they think, into their values; we may be able to understand why they want to contaminate or cut off our cities' water supply.

Lets Go Riot motivates people to join his lynch mob by using words like "humanity", "compassion", and "unity". This is a great deception. What Lets Go Riot really wants to do is besmirch the memory of some genuine historic figures. That's why Lets Go Riot consumes, infests, and destroys. He lives off the death and destruction of others. For that reason alone we need to make Lets Go Riot's subversive, sanguinary treatises understood, resisted, and made the object of deserved contempt by young and old alike. Finally, this has been a good deal of reading, and sincerely difficult reading at that. Still, I hope you walk away from it with the new knowledge that Lets Go Riot's half-measures are incompatible with the proclivities of instrumental reason.

I love it when someone comes on here who thinks that we uneducated hillbillies can't think for themselves and tries to belittle and degrade others. Let me tell you a little something. If that is what you think about "LES GO RIOT", then you simply don't know him. I on the other hand do know him and all your psychological analization that you think impresses we back woods folk would be better kept to your self. Seems to me that you feel you are the only one that posseses spell check and dictionaries.peace out jr.

Daily Horoscope for May 30

Aries

Rams are hyper-sensitive to the slightest emotional change and if threatened will be very defensive. You may retreat into your shell if you feel irritated or hurt. Put your energy wholeheartedly into the family or relationship areas of your life. Today you could end up feeling badly done by, since it seems as if it is all work and no play. Don't get gloomy, this is only a temporary phase.
