By Mason W. Canales Killeen Daily Herald Two Texas House District 59 candidates are already preparing to square off in a July 31 runoff election, after vote totals in Tuesday's Republican primary showed them finishing less than 1 percentage point apart.

Moms and their four-legged little ones are invited to help kick off Paws on the Plaza from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.
