A Glen Rock man pleaded guilty to purchasing marijuana in California and selling the drug back on the East Coast, according to federal prosecutors.

He "agreed" that some items he bought from the sales funds would be forfeited? Since when does the person charged get to agree with anything? I'd want to "agree" that nothing could be entered into evidence, that no penalty would be meted out and that there would be nothing on the record.
