Watertown police arrested an ex-convict Wednesday night after he allegedly forced his way into an apartment on East Hoard Street and attacked a woman living there.

Kyle R. McConnell, 25, of 35559 County Route 136, Theresa, was charged by state police with felony DWI at 3:30 a.m. Sunday on Route 11 in the town of Philadelphia.
