A woman who found $1,000 on a store counter recently stuffed it into her purse and later told someone she thought it was "a miracle from God." But that was not the case and she could be charged with felony theft, a law officer later explained to her.

Marion R. Hart, age 46 of Gleason, TN, was operating a tractor trailer westbound on the Western Kentucky Parkway at approximately the 44 mile-marker when he was distracted by an object that fell from the storage area in his cab.

Mike Snider will be presented with the Uncle Dave Macon Days 2012 Heritage Award at this year's festival.
