Robert T. Malia, 43, of 206 Ogden St., Girardville, was charged with hindering apprehension or prosecution, possession of drug paraphernalia and misbranding of a controlled substance during his arraignment before Magisterial District Judge Hugh A. Jones, of Mount Carmel.
