Harold E. Neff Jr., a 64-year-old resident of Gilman City, died on Saturday, Nov.

According to Det. Jerry Smith's report, the accident occurred when trucks driven by Brady Feigly of Gilman City and Christopher Houck of 1129 E. 24th St., were westbound on East Ninth Street.
