Staff reports Traffic is running smoothly through Greeley and Weld County with only a few reported mishaps.

The decision stated the redistricting plan was not sufficiently attentive to county boundaries to meet the constitutional requirements and the commission did not adequately show that a less drastic alternative could not have satisfied the criteria.
