Germantown man charged with 6th OWI
A Germantown man, 41, was charged Wednesday with sixth-offense drunken driving after a preliminary breath test found that he had a blood-alcohol level of 0.16, two times the level considered to be evidence of intoxication in Wisconsin, after the vehicle he was driving was stopped in Germantown earlier in the day.
