Police Blotter: Boys 13, 9 accused of assaulting 4-year-old girl

A woman from the Browns Ferry area of the county filed a report Aug. 17 alleging her 4-year-old daughter had been sexually assaulted by two boys, ages 13 and 9. The woman said her daughter and son were outside playing with the two suspects when her son went inside to check the time.
