The final costs aren't in yet, but an election official estimated that Tuesday's bond proposal in Fenton, could run the district about $15,000. Many communities in Genesee County were affected by the flood Friday morning. The American Red Cross opened a shelter at Bristol Road Church of Christ, 1315 W. Bristol Road.
