Bentonville police have arrested an 18-year-old man in connection with the disappearance of two women from northwest Arkansas.

1 admitted Monday morning to stealing money from the utility. Wayne Edward Allen, 47, of Garfield pleaded guilty to theft of property, a class B felony punishable with a prison sentence ranging from five to 20 years.
